FOREIGN NATIONAL PROGRAM

The Foreign National Program is design for non-residents of the United States to be able to acquire real estate properties (commercial or residential) and be able to take advantages of today's low interest rate market.
Our programs allow you to finance up to 80% of the value of the property, rates starting at 5.75% APR with terms up to 30 years.
Income qualification is based on your country of residency income or the rental income derived from the subject property.
